    • • Service not delivered due to operational or scheduling issues from our end.

    To request a refund, users must submit a claim through our official communication channel or customer support email within 3 working days of the transaction.

  2. Refund Process and Timeline

    Once a refund request is verified and approved, the refund process will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  3. Service Cancellation

    If a cancellation policy applies to a particular service, it will be mentioned at the time of booking. In cases where there is no cancellation or refund option, it will be clearly stated on the service page before confirming the payment.

  4. Non-Refundable Services

    Please note that consultation fees, completed telemedicine sessions, or any services already rendered by doctors are non-refundable.
